• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

• Shipping Rates: We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

• Shipping Methods: We currently ship to locations within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

• Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment.

International Shipping:

At this time, we are only able to ship to the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options for international customers. We do offer international shipping on our Etsy page.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Louvel House Candles purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• Returns: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please contact us at louvelhouse@gmail.com to initiate a return.

• Exchanges: We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly arrange for an exchange or refund.

• Non-returnable Items: Sale items, candles that have been used, or candles that have been damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return.

2. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions and shipping label (if applicable).

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and return it to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank.
